I sell knives only to people who can legally purchase and own them in the jurisdiction where they reside. If you buy a knife from me, whether in person, or over the Internet, you and your heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives are bound as follows:
When you buy a knife from me, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the knife you ordered and that the knife is legal to buy or own in your state, county, and/or city of residence. By offering knives for sale, I do not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the knives purchased. You must obey your local knife laws.
Knives may be dangerous if they are used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. When you buy a knife from me, you agree that you
will use it safely and legally, following all applicable laws, safety rules, and common sense. You also agree that you will teach and supervise minors in the use of the knife and that you will take such precautions reasonably necessary or required by law to keep the knives out of the hands of minors and those not legally allowed to possess them.
When you purchase a knife from me, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the knife and agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against me related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the knife.
