Delivery Times:

As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package. Delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.

Customs/Duty/VTA Charges:

For all international shipping, the buyer must verify with his/her country import laws if such items are allowed to be imported. If the item is seized by the buyers’ country, DenverAutographs will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer only and are due before receipt of the item. Customs fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, UPS, DHL or FedEx prior to delivery. If the buyer fails to pay customs fees, the item will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier and NO refund will be applied to the buyer.

All orders will be declared according to the checkout price. We are unable to change the items price due to carrier restrictions.

We at DenverAutographs are proud to stand behind the quality of our products. If the item you purchased is defective or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement upon the item's return within 30 days of your order.

We strive to make our customers' return process hassle-free. With that said, we have opted to use eBay very smooth "Managed Returns" program.

To do this, simply go to your "My eBay" or click Purchase History. Locate the item you wish to return within your purchase history. To the right of each item, select "More Actions" and then "Return this Item".

Item must be returned in the same condition as when it left our possession, including any tags or certification/authenticity stickers. Removed tags or certification/authenticity stickers will void your refund. Any and all certificates of authenticity must be returned with the item.

Refunds:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item by DenverAutographs. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.
