Wyndham Branson is a perfect peaceful and picturesque resort for the whole family. This is a kid-friendly resort with many activities geared for them like Water Olympics, birthday parties, teen rave nights and karaoke. The serene wooded setting of Wyndham Branson at The Falls is just 4 miles from the Highway 76 Strip and delivers both sides of Branson in one memorable stay. Enjoy show-stopping performances as well as breathtaking Ozark country splendor. Families of all ages find fun here, but the resort's romantic setting also has a special appeal for couples.

Wyndham Points                                                          
* Your Use Year is the 12 months you have available to use all your points and is determined by the date of your anniversary date.
* Points are placed in your account prior to the Use Year Start Date to allow you to book your vacation as far as 13 months in advance of the desired arrival date for your HOME resort or 10 Months in advance for any other Wyndham Resort. 

* The points used to book the reservation will be deducted from the year of travel.  

* Unused points expire at the end of your Use Year and will no longer be available for you to use to travel, unless you bank them with RCI.

* If you are unable to use all your points before your Use Year End Date, you have options so that you do not lose points.  Options include:  

* Deposit with your external exchange company - RCI (You receive a free RCI membership with Wyndham Points account)

* Give a gift of vacation to family or friends by using a Guest Confirmation 
            OR
* Use "Points Deposit Feature"

Points Deposit Feature is a great feature to use when you know you are unable to travel the current use year.  You are able to use this feature on all, or part of your points and prevent them from going unused.

Once points have been “deposited” they are available for you to travel into CLUB WYNDHAMSM Plus reservation only. The points can be deposited up to 3 months after receiving your current use year points. There is a $39 fee to take part of this feature.

FYI: A general rule for reservations with Wyndham points for a week in high season:

If you are a current Wyndham owner with a different Anniversary date then this ownership, there is a chance that Wyndham will realign the anniversary date of this contract to match your current contracts once transferred. If that happens we are not responsible if the points do not show up in your account until your current anniversary date approaches and you will still be responsible for the monthly maintenance fees until you get the points.

If you were a previous Wyndham or WorldMark owner and have gone through their Ovations program, you will not be eligible to own another timeshare from them per Wyndham/WorldMark.

Cashier’s Check or Certified Check made payable to the Escrow Company. If you choose to pay with a Credit Card, a 3.5% fee will apply. We accept the following Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.  All funds are held in Escrow until the property is transferred.
