Delicate, hand-made, beautiful, sheer, black women's blouse with ruching on shoulders and cuffs with velvet ribbon and lace trim.  This blouse is dated somewhere between the 1900s-1920s.  The bottom strip of fabric was added to the blouse for length...fabric is also antique (silk) to match the time period of the rest of blouse (chiffon).  In good condition for its age without tears, stains or holes.  A few blemishes due to the hand-made nature of the blouse.
