Usage tips:

A-gun distance

The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the coating is called the gun distance, which is recommended to be 30-0 centimeters. If the gun distance is too small, the spraying pressure is too high, and the recoil is also large, it is easy to cause uneven coating. Moreover, the spraying width (fan width) is small, which leads to excessive spraying of local materials on the coated object and excessive coating thickness. Excessive gun spacing results in significant pressure loss during spraying, making the coating prone to loss. Additionally, excessive spraying amplitude may result in insufficient local spraying of the coated material, making it difficult to achieve the required thickness.

B-Spray Fan Angle

The spraying fan and the spraying material surface should be perpendicular to each other. When manually operating the spray gun, it is important to note that the spraying width should not be too large each time, otherwise the angle of the spraying fan will change significantly due to the unchanged operation, resulting in uneven layers.

C - Running direction and speed

The direction of the spray gun operation should always be parallel to the surface of the coated object and perpendicular to the spraying fan to ensure the uniformity of the coating. The spray gun operation speed should be stable, preferably between 400-500M/s. If the operation speed is too fast, the layer will be too thick, and if it is too slow, the coating will be too thick.
