This doll is made by Mattel. I’m not sure if her name is Kara. There are two different dates in her. 2001 on her neck and 1999 on her lower back. Doll is clean and wearing an outfit and has matching roller skates. Unknown if the outfit is original to her but fits her well. Legs are bendable posable doll
