Vintage Relic & Agnus Dei Lot
Note that some pictures will show both sides of a medal. This lot includes:
A 5/8" relic medal of San Gennaro in a CDF Milano glassine envelope.
A 5/8" relic medal of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton.
A 2" x 1 1/8" pink paper containing rose petals laid on the tomb Saint Therese of the Child Jesus (Pétales de Roses deposes sur la Chasse de Sainte Thérèse de Enfant-Jesus). It is closed with a paper seal that reads "Monastere des Carmelites Lisieux (Calvados)".
A 1 1/2" laminated image of Mere Marie Catherine de Saint-Augustin. The relic at the back reads "Tissu ayant touche la chasse qui renferme les ossements de Mere Marie Catherine de Saint-Augustin" (Fabric having touched the tomb which contains the bones of Mother Marie Catherine of Saint-Augustin).
A 1" cross shaped relic medal of Padre Pio. The back shows some of the Arma Christi from the Passion of Christ, which references the stigmata of the saint. Note that the covering over the relic is worn with age which makes it difficult to see through.
A 2" crucifix with Lourdes water at the back. You can see the bubble move about so there is still water present.
Two relics of St. Anthony---a 2 1/2" pocket folder and 3/4" medal.
A pink Agnus Dei sacramental with hand painted cross, protected in plastic.
A 1 1/2" square paper with a relic of Saint Marguerite Bourgeoys. It has a 1982 Imprimatur date on the front and a paper seal from "Congregation de Notre Dame de Montreal" on the back.
A 1 1/8" image of Mother Marie Leonie in a plastic sleeve. The back reads "Vetement de M.M. - Leonie (1840-1912)". (Clothing of Mother Marie Leonie).
A 3/4" medal with Our Lady of Fatima with soil from Fatima.
As a free bonus I am including a 3/4" French medal of Saint Anne de Beaupre that slides open to reveal a little reliquary compartment. The paper inside reads "Ste. Anne". Please note that I don't see anything else in there so I don't know if there is a tiny relic under the paper or if there is no relic present.
