NICE Lionel O GAUGE #8203 & Tender Pennsylvania WORKS GREAT!!; Strong motor; Reverse & Forward both work well; and the head lamp works fine; I did not try the whistle that is inside the Tender; the wire from the engine still has the connector; the wire from the tender is missing the male connector for the whistle, but I suspect it will work just fine; but no guarantees on the whisle; I apologize for not getting all the dust off the engine and tender; It will clean up much better when you get it home; a few cosmetic chips on paint - Please look at Pictures & Ask questions;  . .  US shipping & handling $12.50
