A superb novelty boxed English solid sterling silver ruler. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 2000 with the makers mark being WW. It has been superbly designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.5 inches (16.2cm) long by 1.25 inches (3cm) wide and weighs 40 grams excluding the box. A unusual nice clean example.
