U.S. General Hospital, Hampton, VA, Nov. 5, 1863, in part
"Your letter of Oct. 27, 1863 has been received. The men you
inquire about, viz: George M. Marston and Charles Dow (?)
of the 35th Mass Vols, were admitted into this hospital,
March 21, suffering from injuries received at
Battle of Antietam…", very good.
