Yamada
Kogyosho's woks are made using a process called "hammering", where
each wok is struck thousands of times with a hammer (machine).
[Decouching]
is a manufacturing method in which a flat iron plate is pressed and then
hammered over and over again with a special machine equipped with a hammer,
turning the pot by hand to shape it into the shape of a pot.
Because
each item is handmade using the stamping method, each item may have small
scratches, welding marks, and scratches.
Due
to the production process, production marks may remain on the surface of the
product, which may appear like scratches at first.
Also,
since the handle part is welded under high heat, there may be differences in
color and peeling of black skin, but there is no problem with quality, so
please use with confidence.
