RETURNS:

Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, please get in touch with us ASAP to receive the item for a replacement or refund.

Imperfections: Imperfections like a small tear or other marks in the original manufacturer's cellophane wrap will not be accepted as a reason for return.

Loose Discs: Discs are sometimes knocked loose on their way to you. We have no control over this. Loose discs are not a reason to claim the item as damaged or faulty. Unless the case is damaged, we will not accept the return.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the item back from you.

In the case of a replacement or refund for defective items, WE will be responsible for the return postage.

If you have received the item but have changed your mind, then YOU will have to cover return shipping costs. To protect yourself against loss or damage we would recommend a tracked service.
