Shipping

Shipments are made within the 2-3 business days of payment being received.  We only use eBay verified addresses to ship our products. If you wish to have your items sent to another address, please make sure you have changed it in your eBay account before purchasing. We cannot go back in and change the address for you. This is due to eBay rules. We have to ship to the address you have provided us on your Paypal Payment. If an item has been returned to us by the shipping carrier due to a wrong address or can't be delivered for any reason and reshipping is required, the buyer must pay the shipping charges to have it reshipped.

If you would like another shipping method please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping carriers will be at the discretion of Khoom LLC. 

Note that this is only for the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii residence, if you desire to purchase this item, please contact Khoom directly using EBay messaging for pricing and shipping.

*Note for all international buyers outside of the United States Of America - It is your responsibility to do your due diligence in understanding all products that may or may not be able to enter your country/territory from our store. 

Import duties, taxes (example VAT, GST), and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check in advance about those additional costs in your customs office before buying. Generally, those additional costs will be charged by the carrier when you receive the item.

Note that the burden is on the buyer to do the due diligence on whether this product would work or be compatible on their system(s). As a reseller of products, Khoom LLC does not keep up with every product's new technology and upgrades. If product is a legacy product and does not work with new technology, it is the buyer's responsibility to research before purchasing. We will not take refunds for  items incompatibilities.
