All bids and sales are final. Items are listed as liquidations and described to the best of our abilities. Bidder assumes all risk. We will test any used items listed within reason and describe functionality as such. Any item listed as New Old Stock, factory sealed condition, is assumed to be factory new and untested and sold AS-IS with no warranty. These items may or may not have a remaining factory warranty. We are not authorized dealers of any kind for any manufacturer. We are unable to process any warranty claims as we are purely liquidators.

Shipping:
Items are packaged prior to listing with the most economical shipping method selected? These include USPS, UPS & FedEx. All items will be shipped in a traceable carrier. Items over $750 US require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be provided upon shipping.
Shipping costs for all items are actual rates from thecarriers. We do not artificially inflate shipping rates.
Shipping and handling time is usually 2-3 days depending on auction close and weekends.

Returns:
All USED items are sold AS-IS with no warranty. I cannot stress this enough? By bidding on the auction, you as the buyer are accepting these terms and conditions. I encourage you to ask any questions regarding the item prior to bidding for your own due diligence. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but please be aware that performance of used items is variable and beyond our control. We will do our best to accurately describe item condition and any known defects.
We do not accept returns on liquidation items, and we are not Amazon. All Sales are final.
We do our best to represent the item correctly and accurately. To comply with eBay?s seller protection policies and money back guarantee, if a return is required, it will be at your expense to return the item within 10 days. Any refunds will be 50% of the item winning value upon receipt of the return in the same condition as it was shipped.
We track all serial numbers and will inspect for any item compromise or buyer damages when items arrive. If an item is determined to have been modified or compromised in any way, no refunds will be issued.
Damage claims from shipping will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. If shipping insurance is not selected or requested. The buyer assumes all shipping risk if insurance is not selected. USPS by default is insured for up to $100. For any items selling for over $100.00, we will add insurance at your request or our discretion depending on final value of the item.
