Charging mode IN
By setting the upper limit voltage UP and the lower limit voltage dn; when the battery voltage ≤ the lower limit voltage dn, the relay is turned on and the charger starts charging the battery; when the battery voltage ≥ the upper limit voltage UP, the relay is turned off and an automatic charge is completed; the relay is turned on. IN flashes, indicating charging.
Discharge mode OUT
By setting the upper limit voltage UP and lower limit voltage dn; when the battery voltage ≥ the upper limit voltage UP, the relay is turned on and discharge begins; when the battery voltage ≤ the lower limit voltage dn, the relay is turned off to complete an automatic discharge function; the relay is turned on and OUT flashes. Indicates discharging.
Note: This product is a simple voltage controller that turns on and off the output through a relay. It only functions as a switch and cannot transform voltage.

Function Description:
1. Calculation of voltage percentage: battery voltage/(upper limit voltage-lower limit voltage)
2. Key function:
UP button: short press to switch the display % and time, long press for 5 seconds to switch modes, charging mode: IN, discharge mode: OUT
SET button: Short press to view the currently set parameters; long press the SET button to enter the parameter setting interface, set UP: voltage upper limit, dn: voltage lower limit, OP: conduction time, dOP: delayed conduction time (0-999 seconds) , with FOP in discharge mode: forced on time (0-10 seconds)
DOWN button: Short press to turn off/on the relay enable ( stop function). After the relay is turned off, the LCD displays OFF and the relay is disconnected.
Long press the DOWN button to set the status of the LCD backlight L-P: OFF the backlight is always on, ON: the backlight automatically goes out after 5-10 minutes; after it goes out, press any button to wake it up.
3. Parameter settings
  a. Press and hold the SET key to enter the parameter setting interface;
  b. After entering the parameter setting interface, short press the SET key to switch the set parameters;
  c. After selecting the parameters, you can set them through the UP/DOWN keys, which supports short press and long press;
  d. If you want to set other parameters, repeat steps b) and c);
  e. After all parameter settings are completed, press and hold the SET key to exit and save;
3.1Charge/discharge time control function
    When the set time parameter OP is non-zero, the charge/discharge time control is started; when the relay is turned on to start a charge/discharge, the timing starts; when the timing is completed, the relay is automatically disconnected to complete the charge/discharge process; if the timing is completed, the charging In mode, if the voltage < lower limit voltage dn or in discharge mode, voltage > upper limit voltage UP, the charging time control function will be automatically turned off, and H:ER will flash to remind the user that the time parameter setting is unreasonable; press any key to stop flashing;
      When charging/discharging time control is not turned on, the product will record a complete time. When entering the time display interface, the charging time will flash and display; it will be cleared when exiting the time display interface or the next charging is turned on (relay is turned on);
3.2 Parameter automatic:
     After setting the parameters and exiting, if the lower voltage limit dn ≥ the upper limit voltage up, the system will flash "ERR" as a reminder;
3.3 Delayed turn-on function dOP (0~999 seconds):
      The time interval between completing a charge/discharge and turning it on again;
3.4 Discharge conduction forced start time FOP (0~10S):
       After the relay conduction conditions are met, the relay is forced to conduct (0~10S) and the battery voltage is restored; this function is mainly for the discharge function. Some test loads will instantly drop to the lower limit voltage at the moment of conduction, causing false triggering of the relay. Disconnected, normal discharge process cannot be carried out;
Common fault analysis
       Q: What V level is suitable for use? What V voltage is this product suitable for?
       Answer: This model is suitable for use within the voltage range of 6V and 60V. The maximum output level is 48V, because the 48V battery is fully charged at about 60V and will burn if it is higher than 48V. If your battery is higher than 48V, please choose another model.
Question: The relay snaps after powering on!
Answer: This is because your charging current is too large or the battery capacity is too small, causing the voltage to reach the upper limit as soon as the power is turned on, and the relay is disconnected. After disconnection, the voltage quickly drops to the lower voltage limit, and charging starts again, and the cycle starts over and over again. You need to reduce the charging current. Usually the charging current is 1/10 to 1.5 of the battery capacity. For example, the charging current of a 20AH battery is generally around 2-3A! Note that high-current charging will cause the battery to heat up, accelerate aging, bulge, or even explode!
Q: What control method? Can it be automatically cycled and charged? Can it be charged while using it? Can the flow be limited?
Answer: This is voltage control. For example, set the lower voltage limit to 12.0V and the upper voltage limit to 14.5V. When the voltage reaches 14.5V, the power will be cut off. When the voltage drops to 12.0V, the relay will close again and start charging. You can charge while using, voltage control. The method only functions to turn off and on, and cannot limit the current. The charging current completely depends on your charger!
Question: Can the 24V battery be charged by inputting 12V, or can the 12V battery be charged by inputting 48V?
Answer: This is a simple voltage controller that only functions as a switch and cannot transform the voltage to charge the battery, so you need to prepare a charger for the battery you want to charge! necessary!
