Good/fair condition with the main flaws being a repaired piece on the base, minor separation between base and carving, minor damage at bottom tip of one wing, as well as some other minor dings and signs of wear from age and storage. Appears German but I don’t know for sure. Measures 9” x 6”. See photos.
