OUR FARM Grass Fed Beef Tallow is made from fresh trimmed fat from our grass-fed cattle. They come directly from the family farm in the Snowy Mountains of Australia to our butcher shop. OUR FARM Grass Fed Beef Tallow has a very low melting point as it's minimally processed, but has a high smoke point. The high smoke point makes it ideal for sautéing, frying, and baking. The tallow may become liquid at room temperature, and once opened it's best stored in the fridge. Hormone and antibiotic-free, it's a guilt-free way to add flavour to your favourite dish!
