You are getting this small disc by 1999 Lexar JUMPSHOT for Windows 98 and Mac OS 8.6.   Connector with USB cord.    I don't know what this is actually for, just found in a group of electronics.   see pictures.   Untested.    I am assuming this is for pictures Compact Flash cards.
