Carmona retusa is a flowering plant in the borage family, Boraginaceae. It has small, shiny, dark green leaves with tiny hairs, and small white flowers that bloom almost year-round. The flowers turn into red berries that get darker with age.

• Leaf, fruit, and flower drop are common after shipping due to transportation stresses. Bare rooting will be done based on the country's import regulations. Allow some time to the Bonsai tree recover from the transportation stress.  
• Shipping is scheduled from Monday to Wednesday to ensure timely delivery and minimize transit duration.
• Buyers are responsible for monitoring temperature ranges during transit. They can request specific shipping dates or holds based on temperature concerns.
• We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by temperature stress or delays in postal service.
• No cancellation is accepted after 24 hours of order confirmation. 
• Each shipment includes plants accompanied by Phytosanitary Certificates, confirming that they have undergone quarantine inspection and comply with the requirements of the customer's country.
• Please be advised that certain countries may necessitate an Import Permit or similar documentation. It is the responsibility of the customer to furnish the requisite Import Permit as per their country's regulations.
• Please note that despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee leaves, buds, or small branches will arrive undamaged due to transportation risks..!!
