Good/fair condition with the main flaws being some debris inside the glass and discoloration from age on the matting, otherwise good shape. Painting does not appear damaged. It appears this was done by a WWI soldier after the war, possibly in a war hospital. I am not sure about that though. Note on back reads "C.O. Davis, 11th Suffolk Regiment, Hospital Whalley England, Year 1919". Measures 25.25" x 20.5" overall and art is 17" x 12". See photos.
