This is a new item.The original tape on the sides doesn’t stick any more.I have place some tape on the sides to keep the contents inside.there are minor cosmetic issues with the original packaging.Comes with all the items.The instructions and pink ticket are on the back of the box.Pictures are attached.Box O-4
