FF don costumes for 1st time!
1st Appearance of Miracle Man!
This is a low-grade incomplete copy, but good place-holder to own a piece of FF history. The front cover is missing the lower third, has tears to 1", creases, an area of tape pull, and stains. Back cover has tears/chips to 3/4", stains, and creases. The spine is heavily worn with 7" of cumulative split. The cover is detached. The centerfold and page 5 are missing (total of 3 double-sided pages), which does affect the story. There is a cutout panel on page 14, and whoever did the cutting also put vertical cuts into previous pages from the bottom up (see photos). PLEASE take a close look at the photographs and assess the condition yourself before purchasing.
Shipping: Raw comic books are either sent in Gemini mailers (or similar) or sandwiched between sturdy thick cardboard pieces. Comic books are firmly attached to cardboard with blue painter's tape to ensure they stay put in transit and to make it easier for the buyer to unpack. Orders of up to 1 pound are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Orders over 1 pound are sent priority mail (note that comic books cannot be sent media mail per USPS regulations). All slabs are double boxed with ample packing material.
Returns: Returns available for most raw comic books. HOWEVER, I'm not taking returns on this one as too much back and forth will further degrade the book. I do not generally accept returns for graded books, but there are exceptions - I will accept a return if there is a defect in the slab due to CGC encasing or if the book is damaged during transit.
