Clicmotor undertakes to comply with the current legislation on distance selling. All prices are intended for the public and, therefore, include VAT.

For purchases where an invoice is required, it must be requested during payment in the notes to the seller or at the time of ordering via eBay messaging. For tax registration reasons, later requests (the day after ordering or later) will be rejected.

In case of active and accepted proposals, the maximum time for payment is 8 days, after which we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delivery
Order preparation takes approximately 1/2 working days starting from the first working day following the date of purchase.
Delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours of ordering for ITALY, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, via GLS or BRT couriers.
Deliveries to the rest of Europe approximately 6/7 days from the order date with international courier.

In the case of shipments to Europe, after 2 delivery attempts the package will be delivered to the nearest PARCEL SHOP point.
The tracking code is uploaded to the eBay platform or communicated via email.

If your package is in storage, we will notify you and ask you for additional information to unblock it.

Return
All you need to do is let us know of your intention to return the item, via Ebay messaging and we will provide you with all the instructions regarding this matter.
The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply if you have purchased products made to measure or personalized.

The return will be refunded as soon as possible depending on the internal workload.

If you have received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible via Ebay messaging and we will provide you with instructions on how to best manage the matter, authorizing you to return it at your expense, which will be refunded if the defect is confirmed.

If the item you received does not match what you ordered, please do not open the package and contact us for instructions.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged and/or have missing parts and/or irreparable damage to the packaging, you will be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product.

To this end, therefore, you are invited not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish whether the product is suitable and functioning for your needs.

Last but not least, we ask you to take special care with protective packaging to maintain the integrity during transport.
