This Telechron "Talisman"  Pre WWII Electric Alarm Clock, model 7H39K, was made between 1939-1940 and has been professionally refurbished. Cleaned, lubricated, adjusted & tested to be in great working condition! 26,259 sold. This is a large, top of the line, pre-war lighted dial alarm clock. The dial lamp brightness is adjustable by the on/off switch with rheostat located lower center on the back. Gold-tone finished with brown Bakelite center band and base. The is a crack on the top right Bakelite (pictured) that has been stabilized. Translucent off-white dial with dark brown Arabic numerals polished brass hour, minute & seconds hand, silver alarm hand. Original cloth-covered cord with original Telechron/GE Bakelite plug. Designed by Leo Ivan Bruce. Measures 5" wide and 5" tall. This is heavy, and well made!
