This is a huge antique 14kt yellow gold double Elks tooth B.P.O.E. pendant/fob with Diamonds, the main diamond measuring approximately 3.1mm in diameter. There is no carat mark. This fob has been acid tested guaranteeing 14k yellow gold weighing approximately 24.5 grams total weight. 
The jumper ring is gold filled and added at a later date.
