This gorgeous bell is in near perfect condition. It has no chips or cracks. Made in the year 2000 by Avon, it has very little paint wear due to age. It is 5.5 inches high and 4.5 inches in diameter at the base. Deeply colored and highly detailed, it is an impressive addition to the bell and the figurine collection as well as the floral decor.
