Clic Motor is a company specialized in the online sale of USED Spare Parts & Accessories for Motorcycles & Scooters.

In fact, selling used spare parts is a very complex and methodical activity, especially if this trade takes place remotely.
Looking at Clic Motor behind the scenes, the activity is characterized by different phases, all very important and carried out by the staff with the utmost care and attention, as if the spare part treated were that of our beloved 2-wheeler!
In the initial phase we take care of the purchase of the vehicles to be demolished, we check their condition and before dismantling we test all the components, in particular those subject to wear. All spare parts that do not pass our tests are set aside and correctly disposed of.
Once the disassembly phase is completed, each individual component is cleaned using only specific products; we do not wash, for example, electrical components and motors with water!
At this point the spare parts are ready to be photographed, described (we point out any defects and particularities), we create the appropriate advertisement and store them in the warehouse producing the relevant identification code. The exceptions are reported in the advertisement and are all those spare parts that cannot be tested or which, despite having defects, are nevertheless partially reusable and/or repairable. This is why with us what you see....is what you receive!!
One of the last phases, but no less important, is packaging. Being very sensitive to the environment and waste, we try as much as possible to use recycled packaging material (both from new processing and recovery) without ever losing the quality and protective capacity of the packaging itself.
One of our objectives is to allow as little time as possible to pass from the conclusion of the order to the receipt of the goods. Nowadays we realize that mobility is very important and that no one can afford to remain on foot for long periods, also for this reason. we have a vast "ready for delivery" assortment.
Finally, we pay a lot of attention to pre- and post-sales assistance. We always try to guarantee a quick response and in any case within the following 24 hours.
We have a mobile phone number that is always active from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). It is possible 24 hours a day to send us a fax or an email... and since 2012 we have also been on Facebook !
All this has allowed us to maintain high credibility as eBay sellers over time and also allowed us to win, in December 2007, the competition Start-Ups for Innovative Businesses of the Giuseppe Lazzareschi Foundation sponsored by 4 important partners: the Chamber of Commerce of Lucca, the Cassa di Risparmio of Lucca, the University of Pisa and the Industrial Association of the Province of Lucca.
After the seventh day, the unpaid item procedure will automatically be started.
Shipping
For shipments we only use EXPRESS COURIER .
The rates indicated in the advertisement relate to shipments throughout the national territory, islands included.
For shipments abroad and for locations considered disadvantaged we reserve the right to provide the rates on request.
The goods travel at the expense and risk of the customer. We are not responsible for damage, tampering and/or loss during transit. It is possible to insure the goods upon customer request. We do not ship using non-traceable methods or methods other than those expressly indicated.
It is the customer's obligation to provide the complete address and an always active telephone number. Otherwise, any cost due to non-delivery will be borne by the buyer and in any case we reserve the right to ship once the missing data has been received.
The customer is required to make himself available during the delivery phase.
After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the storage and redelivery costs are borne by the customer and must be paid before delivery with an immediately verifiable method (e.g. PayPal).
