This is a great  top  by JOHNNY WAS. It features "The Millie Blouse" in "Fog". The color is a pretty sky blue with floral embroidery. There is 3 button front. Size M measures 21" across chest at underarm, 18" sleeves  and 28" from top of shoulder to front hem. *** Please note that there were neck ties that were cut off and the ends sewn under and there is a small mark on left front - see pics*** Pre owned, Still a beautiful blouse with lots of wear left.
