If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part and original shipping paid will be issued.

For small items we send via Australia Post.

For larger items, we use courier or our own delivery trucks.

On-site pickup is also available during business hours only

A physical address (not PO BOX) and phone number must be supplied for shipping.

For heavy items, it will be best to deliver to a commercial or industrial address where there is a forklift, pallet jack or crane to unload. Please enquire prior to purchasing.
