Delivery details

Items will be shipped in 1 to 3 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows:We send to USA, 15-25 working days; UK, 15-21 working days; Auatralia / Canada, 15-35 working days; Europe, 15-35 working days, Other Countries, 20-45 working days.
We can also provide express post by EMS(4-15 days) or DHL(4-8 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonalbe shipping fee will be charged

Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated shipping time, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, local customs, etc)
If you have not received your shipment within 40 days from payment, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR EBAY ADDRESS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE POSTAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. UNDELIVERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR SENT AGAIN.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase.

Please contact us via ebay message to get the return shipping address. The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition along with all its accessories and packaging. Buyer is responsible for P&P cost.
Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt.
Accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will charge 20% restocking fee if the buyers want to return the packages when it is not our sellers fault.
