This mint stamp from Canada's Victoria era features a carmine portrait of Queen Victoria and is part of the Numeral Issue. With a year of issue of 1898, this 3 cent stamp comes in Fine/Very Fine condition and is mint never hinged (MNH) with some gum sweating. The sweating can give the impression of a hinge mark, but it is not....part of the overall "sweating".  Lovely stamp!
