Most are vintage.  I think 10 out 15 are vintage.

The vintage looking ones:

One is an all stainless steel click pen with an international association of machinists emblem.  It works.  Black ink.

One is an all stainless steel pen with an emblem of a cross of some sort. It has a "Systemark super soft tip" cartridge. It reminds me of a marker more than a pen. It has brown ink.

There's another all stainless pen just like the one above but without the emblem. Needs ink too.

One is a simple fountain pen with a blue ink cartridge that is empty. The body of the pen is blue.

There's a black ballpoint desk pen that needs a new medium jotter cartridge.

There's an all stainless click pen with gold trim and arrow clip. It is working and has blue ink.

There's a dark blue Parker 45 fountain pen it needs ink. And the body of the pen has a hole in it.

There's a large thick screw cap black ballpoint pen that is working. It has a fine point. Black ink. Writes very nicely.

There is a pale blueish green click pen that works and has black ink.

There is a  tan and stainless steel click pencil that doesn't have any lead. It appears that it works though.

The non-vintage looking ones:

Two coleman blue pens. One has an ink cartridge that is empty. And the other is missing the ink cartridge altogether.

There are two black pens with silvertone arrow clips.

One is a rollerball that needs new ink. The other is a medium nib fountain pen that needs ink.

The last one like the rollerball above except its all black and has MADD advertising on it. And says San Diego County as well. It needs ink as well.
