In a very good, well cared for condition. There are some light scuffs and stains present to the outer from general use and storage. Some of the surfaces of metals present have degraded slightly, but this is only cosmetic. I had to contact Wintec with the serial number of this to get the exact model, their reply was as follows:

According to our records this saddle should be an old model Wintec 500 All Purpose, 46cm/18" Black, with flocked panels, featuring the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System, and made in November 2001.

Includes 2 Stirrup straps (both are a little twisted and creases from storage and 2 x stirrups (both have some small bit of rust present on the top side).
