Almost new jvc nylon carrying case with adjustable interior oanel.  Also 4 gb SD chip. 

I'm not original owner but I did charge the battery and used both still shots and video.  It did all I asked but I did have to use owner's manual for certain things.  Don't have cd but I did freshly print (110 page) detailed user guide
