The figurine has no color, you need to assemble and paint it yourself.  As this is a work in progress model, sanding and prep work may be required to clean and finish parts prior to painting and assembly.  The kit does not include instructions or glue.  The pictures show an example of what the figure might look like after assembly and painting.  If there is deformation of a part during delivery, you can correct it by immersing the part in hot water for a few seconds.
