Despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class letter. The item will be posted in a card backed envelope and contained within a sleeve and/or topper to prevent any damage during transit. The item will be despatched 1 working day after payment has been received.

Returns accepted within 60 days of the item being despatched. In the unlikely event an item needs to be returned, the buyer must message the seller prior to the item being returned. The return postage must be made via Royal Mail tracked service - the return postage expense will be paid by the buyer. The seller retains the right to deduct a discretionary amount from the buyers refund if the returned items condition varies from when it was originally despatched by the seller. The seller also retains the right to revoke a refund completely if the returned item is posted and lost (due to the buyer not using the Royal Mail Tracked service and being able to evidence as such).

Buyer accepts the risk of loss or damage on returned items.
