This is an eye catching contemporary brightly coloured wood sculpture Featuring multi layered, multi coloured blocks this piece has a real mid century feel to it. Produced by the artist in 2005 it exudes personality. 

The blocks are painted blue, dark blue, coral pink,  purple, yellow, red, and 2 shades of green. The base has numbers and directions which I assume were to aid in arranging the blocks. There are four small "pins" with felt to protect the display surface.

The artist name, Michel Parenteau and date, 2005 are hidden" in between/ inside edge of a block (see pictures.)

The tallest piece of the sculpture is 8 inches tall, and the width of the piece is approx 5.25 inches across each side.
