Introduction

This high temperature circulator is a new design of a high temperature heat source, 

suitable for jacketed reactor, chemical reaction, high temperature distillation, semiconductor

industry. 

Feature

1 High temperature circulator is suitable for fermenter,jacketed glass reactor and other 

   things.

2 Outside circulation could rise the temperature in the jacket,therefore materials in 

   which would react.

3 Temperatur fluctuation is in ±0.2°C.

4 Resolution of digital display is 0.1°C.

5 Flow of outer circulation is 7~15L/min.

6 Auto-alarm of over temperature.

7 Stop heating when the temperature is over.

8 There are six models that can be chose:5L,10L,15L,20L,30L,50L.

9 Our high temperature adopts the newest control technique,easy to operate,great 

    stability and high precise.

10 The PID can be set by yourself.

11 LED double window respectively digital temperature measurement and temperature setting value.

12 Microcomputer intelligent could modify the error of measuring value.

 Operation steps

1 Pour liquid into the sink,the distance between liquid level and the working platen should not

   less than 20mm.

2 Chose oil for the liquid.The initial temperature of the oil must higher than working 

   temperature, range of which is more than 15°C.

3 Connect the out circulator pump with external equipment,which includes jacketed 

   reactor, chemical reaction, high temperature distillation or other equipment.First 

   connect outlet pipe with the inlet pipe of external equipment,then connect inlet pipe of 

   the circulator pump with the outlet pipe of the external equipment.

4 Turn on the power,then switch the“POWER”button and the”CIRCULATOR”button on.

Note：

1 There must be liquid in the tank before switch the “POWER”button.

2 The power supply should be AC 220V/50Hz,and it should be connected with ground.       
   (If your standard power is 110v, please kindly contact with us).

3 This high temperature circulator should be placed at dry and ventilated places,preventing 

   heat and damps.There should be no objects around its back and sides in 300mm.

4 If you do not use it temporary,please turn off all buttons and the power.

 
 NOTE:  

1. The voltage is 220V 50Hz, if you power supply is 110V, please kindly make sure you have the transformer to enable it work .

                                2.The viscosity of the oil or material should no more than 100 mPa.s or centipoises. The 50mPa.s dimenthylsilicon oil is optimum heating material.

3. If you use the water, please choose pure water so that it will be encrusted.
