Please allow 1 working day from receiving cleared payment for your order to be dispatched. Any orders placed after 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the next working day and any orders placed after the cut-off time on Fridays will be dispatched the next working day. From time to time, orders may be dispatched on weekends and bank holidays, but they will be processed and shipped the next working day. Any late payments or e-Cheque payments via Paypal will result in your order being delayed. Please mind we will ask you to confirm your full shipping address if you inform us of an undelivered item.








Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is full and correct before placing your order. We do not have the facility to change the customer’s shipping address after an order is placed and will not be able to cancel the order if it had already been dispatched. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide full and correct shipping details at checkout to ensure their parcel is delivered without delay. 








We reserve the right, at our discretion, to upgrade your shipping method based on the order value, i.e send your item by tracked courier rather than Royal Mail. We will never downgrade your shipping option

RETURNS AND UNDELIVERED ITEMS 




 Please contact us in the first instance if you have an item that you would like to return.  If an item is no longer required, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. At our discretion, we may refuse your return or refund if we find the item to have been used or if the original packaging was torn/broken/disposed of, or if the buyer has not taken reasonable care/not followed the instructions of use. In that instance, any costs/postage charges incurred for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. This section includes unopened and unused items that contain ingredients you may be, or are allergic to. 




 If your return is due any of the following reasons, we will be unable to refund the original postage, nor the costs associated with returning the item to us: doesn’t fit, changed my mind, found a better price, just didn’t like it, ordered by mistake. 




 Undelivered items may be returned by Royal Mail or courier within a month from dispatch. If an item is returned by Royal Mail or courier due to either: addressee gone away, address incomplete, address inaccessible, addressee unknown, refused at delivery, not called for or no such address, or any reason indicating the parcel could not be delivered, a refund will be processed for the value of the goods only. No refunds will be made for postage if items are returned due to any of the above reasons. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed and refund applied. 




 We will only accept claims for undelivered items up to 30 calendar days from the estimated date of arrival for domestic orders. For international orders, we will only accept claims within 60 calendar days from the estimated date of arrival. Claims filed after the indicated time has elapsed will not be pursued as they fall outside of the eBay Money Back Guarantee promise. Any resolution of such claims will be at our discretion. 




 REFUNDS 




 Refunds are made by the same transaction method as you made the payment. Any fees and charges are not refundable. Please note an item sent with free postage that is later returned will incur a handling charge, equivalent to the outward postage costs, as per Royal Mail’s current rates. 




 In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, listed incorrectly or the description is misleading, we will refund you for the product and the original postage costs, plus the cost of returning the item to us (based on the receipt).  




 Refunds for combined shipping will not be issued after the item is delivered. Any combined shipping charges enquiries must be raised within 24hrs of placing the order. Any claims for overpaid shipping might be refused after the indicated time has elapsed and will be resolved solely at our discretion.

 Our Customer Care team is available to help from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 24 hours (ex. weekends) to receive a response to your e-mail. If you have queries about an existing order, please e-mail us using the eBay messaging system. If you call us directly, you might be re-directed to send us an e-mail as we cannot resolve queries about existing orders via telephone. 




 We try to list our products as clearly and as accurately as possible, but if you are unsure or need clarification about any of our products, please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order.  




 All items sold are new, unless stated otherwise. It is extremely unlikely that an item sold as new has been used in any way. If your product arrives with Sellotape on the bottle neck/top and/or arrives in a sealed plastic bag, this is to prevent the contents from spilling during transit. If your item arrives undamaged and the bottle does not seem to be full, please mind that most manufacturers do not fill their product bottles to the brim, as per the cosmetic industry’s standard. 




 If an item is faulty, we will ask you to provide some photographic evidence and batch number of the goods, so please ensure you retain any photos and batch numbers of the goods for your reference and when e-mailing us. 




 For items with multi-buy discounts only:  




If you purchase an item with a multi-buy promotion, please mind we will be unable to change the items on your order after it is placed, i.e if you wish to order different sizes/colour of items but place an order for one size/colour. Any request to change the size/colour of the items you purchased will be denied and your order will be shipped as per the invoice, unless cancelled. If the order was already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.

 Customers are encouraged to read the item description for the items they are purchasing and acknowledge the ingredient list to check if they might be allergic to any ingredients. If the ingredient list is missing, please contact us. If the product includes any ingredients you may, or you think you may be allergic to, please do not use the product.  Sometimes, product packaging design may differ depending on design availability from the manufacturer. We aim to advertise all product packaging designs in respective item listings. You may receive your item in a slightly different packaging to the one advertised, or with Polish and/or English writing. We will do everything we can to send you the item we advertise. All item descriptions are in English and come from the manufacturer’s website and/or the product itself. 




 The customers are advised to always follow the manufacturer’s instructions on how to use respective products. We cannot be held accountable for getting no effects, any/or undesired, and/or unwanted effects caused by products if not used correctly, or when used correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.  




 We cannot be held accountable for any problems, allergic reactions, irritation, discolouration on your skin/hair/personal property caused by cosmetic products, i.e eyebrow dye, hair dye, beard and moustache dye, all body/face/hair cosmetics, all make-up products, all nail products and more.
