Cotton drill 'Pilotka' (Pilot) hat, with 35 metal pin badges. Everything is written in Cyrillic and features references to the USSR. On the other side of the hat, are two sewn on cloth patches. The inside of the features an ink stamp, presumably something to do with the army/air force but not something I can easily read nor confirm validity of.
