Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an EXCHANGE UNIT (postage & packing not included). All items are security marked as well as UV pen marking if any of this is missing on return NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and there is no exception to this rule. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items being lost or damaged during return in transit. All items should be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, before you sign for them. If the item is signed for and has not been checked and it is damaged, the item cannot be returned.
Payment: All payments for auction items must be received within 7 days.

Postage: Price for delivery is for UK mainland only. Please do not click buy it now if you are offshore, contact us before so we can give you a quote for postage. We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your item to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via reputable couriers, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Please contact us for tracking numbers. If you'd like to collect your part, please contact us before you arrive on site to confirm whether your part is available for immediate collection.
Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrives in a timely and undamaged manner by using reputable couriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of inconveniences. eBay buyers can claim for any loss or damaged in transit and will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated. WE WILL ONLY REFUND ON LOST ITEMS WHEN ALL CHANNELS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED.
Faulty Items: We will replace any item if found faulty as all parts are tried and tested before being dispatched. We DO NOT cover any labour costs at all.
All products must be returned in original packaging and unopened if sealed, if the item is a brand new sealed item and has been opened we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase.
