One touch self-leveling, 5 electric slide-outs, and lighted electric awning over the door/cargo area make set-up a breeze. Front cap accent lighting, 5th wheel lighting and door/cargo area walkway lower led outdoor lighting. Upgraded steps and additional handrail add safety along with RV Loc keyless entry with fob. Living room includes 4K Roku ready TV with cable ready access to the coach and access points to add external satellite (like Starlink) if you choose. Coach is factory wired for Winegard WiFi system. Systems like lighting, slide outs, leveling are bluetooth and touchscreen controlled. Coach has tire monitoring and rear camera systems that are brand new and not hooked up yet. Exterior Gellcoat is flawless and there are no leaks in the well kept roof. Roof has been cleaned and treated this season. Coach comes with two 32lb plumed propane tanks and a 25ft external tank hose with gauge that is plumed to the coach as well. The water input control area is plumed with a forced air heating vent and is equipped with an in line water filter system. There is an external hose hookup next to the front door for car and vehicle washing. The coach comes from nonsmoking owners and has been professionally cleaned prior to listing. Warranty covers things like parts/labor, interior/paint, MultiSeal with tire road hazard, and roadside assistance.
