Economy shipping outside of the US – Normally we send our products by India Post, they will deliver the items within 11-23 days for USA and UK, for the rest of the world it takes 2-4 weeks depending on the country's custom. 
Please note that we may use different services as needed. 

We also offer fast shipping via DHL Express. The extra charge for expedited shipping is at least $35-$40, and heavier packages will cost more.

Customs clearance/duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. 
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering carrier (carrier) or when you collect the item - please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

Please make sure someone is available to collect the package at your delivery address. If nobody picks up the package at the time of delivery, the postal/courier company will leave a message at your home and you will need to collect the package yourself from the post office by providing the registration number and proof of your identity. If the package is not picked up after the deadline, it can be returned to us uncollected.

Refunds or exchanges will only be given after we have received the defective item. If the items are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any way other than the original factory condition  Refund/exchange will be cancelled. All faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
