The Dynapro AT-M has a special light truck compound that is made into wider, indedpendent block, with a symmetric tread design for an enlarged footprint to enhance grip and acceleration resisting uneven tire wear. A wraparound tread design gives the tire a more rugged look, with increased traction in muddy and snowy conditions with also help protect against cuts and bruises. What should i do when i receive a wrong, defect, damage, or dissatisfy product?
If the product you received is not what you purchased or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defector whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed.


When you received a damage or loss package, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier. Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. Why it says "Billing Information Received" by Fedex and no further tracking information?
Our company will process your order very fast and we will generate the Fedex shipping label prior to actual shipping. Processing an order is a lot faster than pulling the actual part in the warehouse and packing your order so it may not be shipped in the same day that we processed your order. As a result, some Fedex tracking numbers will show " Billing Information Received ". This tracking number will be valid when Fedex picks up the package and normally it will be picked up within 1 business days as we have mentioned above. Therefore if you see your tracking number shows "Billing Information Received", you do not need to contact us immediately in the first business days.

If the order is shipped by USPS, for example, PO Box, PR, HI, VI and military addresses, the USPS tracking numbers will only show that the label is generated. USPS's tracking function does NOT show the progress until it's delivered, please be advised about that.
