Shipping services
Inexpensive shipping outside the US – We normally ship our products via India Post, deliver the items within 11-23 days for USA and UK, for rest of the world it takes 2-4 weeks according to your country's custom. 
Please note that we may use different services as per your convenience. 

We also provide fast shipping via DHL express, the extra cost for fast shipping is $35-$40 minimum, and heavier package will cost more.

Customs policy

Customs clearance / customs charges (if any) will be paid by the buyer. 
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Make sure there is someone to receive the package at your delivery address. If there is no one to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, the postal/courier service will leave a notice at your home and you will need to collect the parcel yourself from the post office providing your tracking number and proof of identity. If the parcel is not collected after the time period it may be returned to us as unclaimed.

Refund or exchange will only be made after the defective item has been received by us. If the items are mistreated, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition  refund/exchange will be cancelled. All defective items must be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt.
