Holton Chicago VINTAGE Mellophone-Silver-used *L@@K*
Here is a very old Holton Chicago Mellophone with a silver finish. It is in the key of F. Serial number is #17208. It has just been worked on by a professional repair technician to put it in a good playing condition. The major reachable dents have been removed. New corks and felts have been added. It has a adapter. Has a gold wash interior. The engraving reads: Made by Frank Holton Chicago. The bell diameter is 10 1/4" and it has a .464 bore. On the receiver it reads: F.H.P-F-High Pitch. This one is about 100 years old and would be for a collector of vintage horns. The horn was put into a silver dip to clean up the silver finish. Winning bidder pays $35 for shipping in the USA.
