DeLonghi ECAM290.83.TB Magnifica Evo Bean to Cup Coffee Machine C Grade

Machine in used condition.   grinds coffee for  about 5sec only. Not sure how to Change this.  The top side of the plastic "frame " is loose  . No milk container. No returns
