This is a vintage Sterling and enamel patch box or pill box by Clive Norman Bullivant. This box dates to 1983 and shows the stamps for the date, the London Assay office, and the sterling mark. It also shows a stamp of “CNB”.

This adorable little box has a picture of a bird perched on a branch.

The patch box measures .75 inches in diameter and approximately 5/8ths of an inch tall.
