This is a vintage Sterling and enamel patch box by Clive Norman Bullivant. It is in good vintage condition with some tarnish. The scene pictured on the lid is a beautiful landscape with flowers and butterflies. The piece is marked with the makers mark, sterling mark, date mark, and London Assay office stamp.

This piece measures 1 1/8th inches in diameter and approximately 1/2 inch tall.
