Added Condition Info: GOOD-VERY GOOD. Several corner and edge pinholes. A 1" tear at top edge. Horizontal surface scuff/scratch 1" down from top edge. Stain/splotch in lower right corner. The card displays a light degree of fading (note the reds in the title treatment). As with many 1948/49 re-releases of MGM films in Australia when American lobby cards were imported, the SILVER ANNIVERSARY (for the studio's 25th Anniversary) tag at top and the legally required censorship rating was stencilled directly on the card. While fading cannot be reversed in restoration, many of the this card's defects can be restored. Bidders should keep this and the relative costs of such restoration in mind when bidding.
